OLD and NEW – The Plan seminar series.

On March 31, 2026 Nemesi Architects took part in the seminar series “Oltre l’architettura: progettare e costruire tra presente e futuro” organised by The Plan. The firm’s associate partner, architect Susanna Tradati, presented PM23 – the new cultural hub of the Valentino Garavani and Giancarlo Giammetti Foundation in Rome – in conversation with Piraccini+Potente.

Old & New. Not a dichotomy, but a productive tension: that between the layering of history and the demands of the present. PM23 emerges from this balance — a place that does not erase the past, but reinterprets it to give shape to something new.

One theme, two studies, a conversation open to the industry. Because the project does not end with the building — it lives on in the dialogue it generates.
