The launch of Luigi Prestinenza Puglisi‘s book“Storia dell’architettura italiana dal 2000 a oggi” took place at MAXXI – National Museum of 21st Century Arts. The book traces the evolution of contemporary Italian architecture through a collective narrative involving architectural practices, architects and key figures in the sector.
The event was attended by prominent figures such as Massimiliano Fuksas, Massimo Alvisi, Edoardo Cappella, Marco Casamonti, Andrea D’Antrassi, Gianluca Peluffo, Christian Rocchi and Luca Zevi, with Marco Maria Sambo and Giorgio Santilli acting as moderators.
For Nemesi Architects, represented by Susanna Tradati, the meeting confirmed that architecture is a tool for urban regeneration, political vision and the transformation of the city, and that the profession must play an active role in shaping the future of cities through transparent competitions, high-quality public projects and clear urban strategies.
