Previous project / Next project
The Iceram Campus in Limoges was established as the headquarters and innovation laboratory for the leading designer and manufacturer of ceramic prostheses.
The project explores the dialogue between rationality and organicity, combining modular and flexible work spaces with fluid architecture that opens up to the surrounding landscape. The goal is to build a place capable of stimulating internal relationships between teams and employees, but also to integrate harmoniously with the urban and natural surroundings.
The building is configured as an open campus, with lobby, reception and common services in organic massing and work spaces distributed according to a modular geometric grid. Natural light, transparency and greenery become structuring elements of an environment that is stimulating, sustainable and representative of corporate identity.

Dialogue between geometry and organicity
The design combines the rationality of the modular matrix of workspaces with the fluidity of common spaces, creating a harmonious tension between order and free form. Hall, reception and lounge are articulated in organic volumes, while offices follow regular patterns, offering flexibility and adaptability to Iceram’s production and collaborative needs.
Landscape Integration
The Campus is developed in continuity with the Limoges context, opening the perimeter of the building to courtyards, gardens and open spaces. The relationship between interior and exterior generates a continuous flow between work, relaxation and meeting, emphasizing the link between architecture and nature.
Corporate identity and innovation
Flexible spaces and collaborative community
The architecture reflects Iceram’s identity: fluid and organic forms recall ceramics, while modularity and spatial clarity support the Industry 4.0 approach. The headquarters thus becomes a vehicle for visual communication of the company’s vision, placing innovation and the future at the center of the architectural experience.
The work environments are bright, modular and surrounded by greenery, designed to facilitate collaboration, concentration and well-being. The articulation between enclosed and open spaces creates an inclusive and inspiring campus where the business community can grow, compare and innovate.
Sustainability and environmental quality
The design integrates passive and active strategies for thermal and visual comfort, maximizing the use of natural light and creating comfortable indoor microclimates. Attention to landscape, vegetation and stormwater management reflects a sustainable approach consistent with the company’s environmental responsibility.
