Tesisquare Headquarters represents a model of a contemporary collaborative hub in Piemonte, where business, innovation and territory are integrated into a single system. The new headquarters combines Campus (A+B+C) and an international Open Innovation hub (DIG 421), configuring a 21st-century Village of Innovation. Architecture, landscape and public spaces dialogue in harmony, creating a collaborative, dynamic and inclusive ecosystem. The Campus promotes interdisciplinary exchange, enhances the territory and the community that inhabits it, and introduces a new global paradigm of environmental, social and technological sustainability, offering an international benchmark for innovation.

Vision and Relationship with the Territory
The Tesisquare Campus emerges from a constant dialogue between architecture and landscape, developing along two main north-south axes: the new headquarters and DIG 421. The buildings and open spaces create visual and functional continuity with the landscape, integrating plazas, patios and pedestrian paths that transform work into a collective experience.
The design enhances the surrounding Piemonte countryside and proposes an open settlement model, where architecture and nature dialogue harmoniously and the community finds centrality
DIG 421 – Collaborative and International Hub
Digital Innovation Gate 421 serves as a global Open Innovation platform, hosting companies and research centers engaged in interdisciplinary projects. The spaces are flexible and combinatorial, moving beyond the traditional repetitive office model and promoting informal meetings, outdoor workshops and continuous exchange of know-how.
Courtyards, terraces and plazas become natural extensions of work spaces, integrating nature into everyday experience and stimulating creativity, collaboration and innovation on an international scale. The layout of the campuses shapes a 21st-century Village of Innovation, with spaces designed to foster interdisciplinary exchange and collaboration between business, research and talent.
Sustainability and Wellness
The Campus is developed according to NZEB (Near Zero Energy Building) and Well logics, integrating advanced strategies for energy conservation, use of renewable sources, optimized natural lighting, and thermo-hygrometric room control.
Spaces are designed to ensure environmental comfort, psychophysical well-being and quality of life, transforming work into a positive and sustainable experience. The approach aims to generate a concrete impact on the area, combining environmental, social and cultural sustainability in keeping with the Olivettian principles of caring for people.
Research, Method, and Technology
The project combines modularity and spatial combination with an organic approach, integrating architecture and landscape and providing balance between standardization and customization. Advanced digital design with BIM (Revit) and parametric 3D modeling (Grasshopper) enabled optimization of geometry, performance, and environmental integration; it combines precast concrete and steel components with cast-in-place elements, ensuring technical and architectural quality.
The headquarters, to be opened gradually between 2019 and 2025, covers a total area of 6,600 m², offering versatile office space, meeting rooms, lobby, cafeteria and gathering areas for the Tesisquare community.
